At this regional symposium, STEM faculty will discuss their recent pedagogical innovations and best practices in integrating evidence-based teaching in STEM.
STEM FIT will feature a plenary by Mark McDaniel, PhD, Professor, Psychological & Brain Sciences, co-director of CIRCLE, Washington University, co-author of Make it Stick: The Science of Successful Learning.
CIRCLE Fellow Julie Bugg (Department of Psychological & Brain Sciences) and Erin Solomon (Research Scientist and Project Manager in CIRCLE) will be presenting on current studies in introductory psychology.
For participants from outside of Washington University, the cost will be $75, which will cover breakfast, lunch, and parking, as well as a reception.
