The Association of American Universities (AAU) recently published a final report on the success of the AAU Undergraduate STEM initiative, which was conducted from 2011-2016. Washington University was one of eight project sites selected for the Initiative, in which CIRCLE, The Teaching Center, and the University’s STEM departments collaborated to implement more active learning and evidence-based teaching strategies into introductory courses.
