Mary Stewart joined CIRCLE as Administrative Coordinator from its beginnings, bridging from her coordinator role in The Teaching Center, where has been working closely with Gina Frey since 2007.
As office coordinator for CIRCLE, Mary also tracks and administers the CIRCLE budgets on a daily basis and assists with the development of yearly budget plans.
In addition, Mary lends her expertise in event planning to the coordination of logistics for all aspects of events such as the CIRCLE conference. Mary books participants’ hotel rooms and transportation, ensures everyone is well-fed, and is the first and last face you will see at the welcome table as you come and go each day.
